Studio & Booking Policies
By appointment only.
All clients are required to pay a deposit of 50% to book their appointment and secure their spot. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment, leaving you to pay the remaining balance in the studio on the day of your appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment and do not want to reschedule at a later date, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Arch Rivals requires a 72 hours notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in your 50% deposit being forfeited acting as a cancellation fee to compensate for the time that was secured for you.
Late Policy
A 15-minute grace period will be given for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not properly communicated with me in advance, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee listed above will apply. I understand that emergencies and illness can happen I just ask that you please reach out as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements.
No Show Policy
No-shows are not tolerated at Arch Rivals Brow Studio under any circumstances. A 100% fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. If no card is on file and your appointment was booked directly through me, the fee will be added to your file and must be paid before booking a new appointment, along with a new deposit.
Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds as clients are paying for my time and products, which can’t be returned. However, client satisfaction is very important to me, and I will always be committed to working with you to find a solution. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know so we can discuss your concerns and resolve them together.
I please ask that you come to your appointment alone, as my room is not large enough to accommodate an additional chair for a companion. If you do need to bring someone with you to help you with decisions they can wait in the waiting area of the salon, and can come in when they’re needed, they can’t be in the room with you for the full duration. Having multiple people in the room not only distracts me but it distracts you while I’m trying to do my job. Talking and fidgeting will not only make my job harder but it may impact your results too.
If you are sick, please do not come! Out of respect for me and everyone in the salon, if you are sick I would rather you ask to reschedule rather than lie about it and spread it if it’s inside the 48 hours. I do understand that we can’t control these things and I would much rather work this out with you than you be stressed about rescheduling because of the penalties and coming anyway. I promise if the rescheduling reason is a genuine reason and it’s not considered a pattern I will be understanding enough to allow you to reschedule without penalties I just need you to communicate with me in a timely manner.
General Policies
Please note that microblading touch up’s are charged separately and are not included as part of the initial cost (unless otherwise specified).
The minimum age requirement for a microblading tattoo is 18 years old.
Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.
If your brows have been tattooed previously, you must receive approval prior to booking. Please email a close up, current photo of your eyebrow tattoo (without any makeup on and in good lighting) to kenzie@archrivalsbrowstudio.com. If you do not get your photos approved prior to booking your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited.
